摘要： The present invention relates to a composition which can promote the stability of stem cells, and more specifically relates to a composition for promoting the stability of stem cells which contains a mesenchymal stem cell culture and base. The composition for promoting the stability of stem cells according to the present invention has the advantageous effect of promoting the stability of stem cells and maintaining a high survival rate, and, in injectable cell therapeutic agent products that contain the composition for promoting the stability of stem cells according to the present invention, the survival rate of the stem cells comprised in the cell therapeutic agent can be maintained at at least 80% for a long time (10 days), and thus the composition for promoting the stability of stem cells according to the present invention can be used in long-duration transportation of injectable cell therapeutic agent products and, as a consequence of the high survival rates of the stem cells comprised in the cell therapeutic agent, the advantages in cell therapy are outstanding and hence the invention can also be used to advantage in the production of high-quality injectable cell therapeutic agent products.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for isolating and culturing adult stem cells derived from human amniotic membrane in high yield, and more particularly to a method for obtaining a large amount of adult stem cells, the method comprising obtaining amniotic epithelial cells from human amniotic tissue in high yield by treatment with dithiothreitol (DTT) and a low concentration of trypsin and culturing the amniotic epithelial cells in a medium containing a Rho-associated kinase inhibitor. The human amniotic epithelial cell-derived stem cells are easily extracted compared to existing therapeutic stem cells such as umbilical cord blood stem cells and bone marrow stem cells, the yield and proliferation thereof are significantly increased by DTT treatment, the addition of the ROCK inhibitor or the replacement of medium. Thus, the method can be used to efficiently prepare adult stem cells.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for propagating hair follicle stem cells with a high yield rate, and more particularly, to a method which uses a specific culture medium with a Rho-associated kinase (ROCK) inhibitor at a specific concentration during the cultivation of hair follicle stem cells, in order to mass-produce hair follicle stem cells. The present invention also relates to the culture medium used for the method. 摘要： Disclosed is a method of producing a transgenic cloned cow expressing human prourokinase by gene targeting using a transfection technique in combination with somatic cell cloning, comprising the steps of introducing an exogenous gene encoding human prourokinase into adult cow-derived somatic cells and producing a cloned cow using the transfected somatic cells carrying the exogenous gene expressing human prourokinase, and a transgenic cloned cow produced by such a method. Also, the present invention discloses a method of obtaining human prourokinase from cow’s milk using such a transgenic cloned cow expressing human prourokinase in the mammary gland.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a cloned canine and a production method thereof. The method comprises the steps of enucleating the oocyte of a canine to prepare an enucleated recipient oocyte, conducting nuclear transfer into the enucleated oocyte using a canine somatic cell as a nuclear donor cell under optimized conditions so as to prepare a nuclear transfer embryo, and transferring the nuclear transfer embryo into the oviduct of a surrogate mother. The present invention provides a method for producing cloned canines and thus, can contribute to the development of studies in veterinary medicine, anthropology and medical science such as the propagation of superior canines, the conservation of rare or nearly extinct canines, xenotransplantation and disease animal models.
